Solar Hot Water Pump Stations

A pump station bundles the circulating pump, controller, valves, flow meter and gauges into one pre-assembled unit. When several components have failed at once — or the original assembly is obsolete — a complete station is usually faster and cheaper than sourcing each part separately.

✔ When a pump station is the right call

  • The pump has seized and the controller has failed
  • The original pump station is discontinued and parts can't be sourced individually
  • Corroded or leaking valves and unions throughout the assembly
  • You're upgrading an ageing system and want everything matched and warranted together

  • Senztek SolaStat stations — 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3 sensor controllers, fully enclosed or open-frame
  • Aestiva stations — 1-2 and 1-3 controller with full enclosure
  • RESOL DeltaSol SLL station (1-3 sensors), replacing the earlier DeltaSol BS/4 station
  • RESOL DeltaSol BS Plus full kit station
  • Rheem, Vulcan and Aquamax pump station (roof sensor not included)

✔ Before ordering

Check whether your system is open loop or closed loop, count your sensors, and confirm whether you need a roof sensor supplied separately — the Rheem/Vulcan/Aquamax station does not include one.
