Checking your order
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Warranty claims
For warranty claims, please include:

Installer details (licensed tradesperson)

Copy of installation invoice

Photos of the product installed (before removal)
Incomplete information may delay your claim.
Returning items

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

We recommend using tracked shipping (Registered or Express Post)

We are not responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds & replacements
All returned items are inspected before approval.
Depending on the outcome, we will:
