Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to make returns and replacements as simple as possible. 

Checking your order

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If there are any issues (missing items, damage, or incorrect goods), contact us within 48 hours at 📧 accounts@solarhotwaterparts.com.au

 


 

Requesting a return

Before returning any item, please email us with:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Order number or date of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll confirm the next steps before you send anything back.

 


 

Warranty claims

For warranty claims, please include:

  • Installer details (licensed tradesperson)

  • Copy of installation invoice

  • Photos of the product installed (before removal)

Incomplete information may delay your claim.

 


 

Returning items

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using tracked shipping (Registered or Express Post)

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit

 


 

Refunds & replacements

All returned items are inspected before approval.

Depending on the outcome, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund or store credit

Please note:

  • A restocking fee will apply

  • Approval is subject to inspection and warranty conditions
