Solar Hot Water Parts (ABN: 47 686 074 939) supplies aftermarket replacement parts for solar hot water systems. We are not affiliated with system manufacturers unless stated.

All parts sold are aftermarket and are intended as replacements, not original manufacturer products.

Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST

  • Prices may change at any time

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will supply at the agreed price

  • We may cancel or refuse an order and will refund any payment made

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the part is suitable for their system.

If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

Installing aftermarket parts may affect your system manufacturer’s warranty.

 

 

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (subject to stock availability). If there are delays, we will contact you.

Any delivery issues (damage, missing items) must be reported within 48 hours.

 

 

Warranty

We provide guarantees required under Australian Consumer Law.

Some products may also carry a manufacturer’s warranty — these claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
