Pump orientation may differ depending on installation. Circulating pumps are not designed to be installed externally. However, if installed externally, they will need to be installed into a weather proof housing or existing pump station housing. If the pump is not being installed into an existing pump station housing, the orientation of the motor will need to be changed so the power lead is facing down. This can easily be changed once installed by undoing the pump connecting to the housing, rotating the pump motor so the lead is facing towards the ground. Make sure the direction of flow is flowing the correct way. Circulating pumps should be installed correctly with the flow flowing vertically and are not to be installed in the horizontal position as this position can cause damage to the pump and is an incorrect installation of the pump. Circulating pumps should be installed by a licensed tradesperson. Incorrect installation may void any warranty.

All deliveries are made 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday by SHWP’s chosen carrier. For orders placed before 3.00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
- 4-6 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
- 5-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
- 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
During peak periods (eg Christmas, Easter) delivery may take up to 14 working days.
