Senztek SolaSmart Plus Controller 3RD including Touch Display (includes free thermal heat paste)
The Senztek SolaSmart Plus is the latest model of Differential Solar Controller from Senztek. The SolaSmart Plus has all the features of the previous models (SolaStat 1-2 and 1-3) but with the addition of a smart "Top-Out" feature and element "Boost". The smart "Top-Out" has a two stage control, which allows the system to restart solar gain harvesting when the tank temperature drops below the set "Top Out" temperature, when the collector is still at stagnation temperatures. The "Boost" is a one-hit function with a smart re-set, when the target temperature is reached. The element can also be set to operate at times that best suit the household's needs, minimising electricity usage.
Solar Hot Water Parts includes heat transfer paste and joiners with this controller. We are also trialling free 5ml silicone tubes to help make replacement even easier.
The Senztek DisplaySmart Plus Touch Screen is a great addition to the Senztek SolaSmart Plus controller. System performance can now be tracked 24hrs 7days a week, the Comms Board simply plugs into the Senztek SolaSmart Plus differential controller. The DisplaySmart Plus enables you to easily set the optimum efficiency for your ever changing hot water needs throughout the day, allowing you to create a tailor made balance between reserved hot water and power usage. Further, it opens a window so you can see and understand how your system is functioning and why. DisplaySmart Plus employs a graphical touch screen to interface to the Senztek SolarSmart Plus range of solar and hot water controllers .
