AVG 15mm Tempering Valve High Performance c/w Insulation — TVA15CHP-LF (orange cap)
Only the High Performance (orange cap) valve is suitable for solar applications. The standard yellow cap valve is not.
Designed for solar and continuous flow water heaters, and can also be used in all water heater applications as per the TVA installation instructions.
Also known as
TVA15CHP-LF is the current code. It was previously sold as TVA15CHP-I — same valve, renamed when AVG moved the range to lead free. Australia's lead free plumbing requirement came into force on 1 May 2026.
